Hilltop House
Sitting high above Pacific City "Hilltop House" is a modern luxury home with amazing panoramic views of both Nestucca Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
Entering into this home you will find the sunken living room with ample seating, portrait windows, a large TV, in-ceiling speakers, and a gas fireplace! The perfect place for your family to gather and reconnect.
Off the living room is an updated and fully stocked modern kitchen. This kitchen features granite countertops, beautiful bronzed appliances, an in wall oven and microwave, and pot filling faucet over the stovetop. The cook in your group will be sure to have everything they need. Enjoy dinning inside or out as the top floor deck has a table with seating for up to 4 people.
On the main floor you will also find the master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The master bath has dual sinks, a sitting height countertop with seat, walk-in tile shower, and large corner soaking tub.
Head downstairs to find the 2nd bedroom featuring more stunning portrait windows with unbeatable views of the Nestucca Bay. This room has two queen beds, a sitting area, and another deck! Attached is the 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed sporting two twin beds. Down the hall is the 4th private bedroom with a Queen bed.
These bedroom share an adjoining bathroom with tub/shower.
Lastly head to the exterior of the home and down a manicured staircase to find a beautiful brickwork patio with a wood firepit, sitting area, and hot tub!
