Coastal Happiness
Bayfront triplex with a beautiful view of the Waldport bridge. Light and bright with an open concept kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, and an island with seating for 4. The living room has a 55 inch tv and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Two bedrooms each with queen size beds and a queen size fold out couch in the living room provides sleeping space for up to 6 people. Full size washer and dryer. Carpet free and pet friendly. Large unfenced yard with walking trails and bay access.

Located on Alsea River Recreation Area Beach. Access a long stretch of quiet bayfront through the backyard. Great place for a peaceful walk and wildlife viewing. There are tons of sea birds and a sand bar where the harbor seals rest. Bring binoculars to watch them from the kitchen window.

Right next door is Robinson Park with a boat ramp, boat dock, trailer parking and picnic tables. Rent a boat and all of your crabbing and clamming gear at Dock of the Bay or have a delicious meal at the Lazy Dayz Cafe, Azul Mexican Restaurant or the Salty Dog. All within 400 feet. Parking onsite for two vehicles.

Ray’s Grocery store is only 1/3 of a mile away and, if you are lucky enough to be here on Thursday-Saturday, Pacific Sourdough Bakery is sure to delight.

Pacific Ocean Beach access is less than 2 miles away at Governor Patterson Memorial State Recreation Site and there are plenty of other recreation areas just north and south of there. Waldport is a perfect jumping off point for all sorts of beach exploration!
